It's a waste to only focus on eyelashes - Eyelash salon with an 80% repeat customer rate introduces 'Eyebrow Menu'

vlicil Odoriba store, an eyelash salon located in Totsuka Ward, Yokohama City (Operated by Lemon Dot Inc. / Grade Group Inc.), began offering new eyebrow treatment services, "Eyebrow Waxing" and "Eyebrow Trimming," in February 2026. By adding eyebrow services to our existing eyelash perm and extension treatments, we have established a "Total Eye Beauty" system that allows for one-stop treatment of both eyelashes and eyebrows.

Concurrently, we are running a "Student Discount U24" campaign (until mid-April) offering a 500 yen discount on all services for students aged 24 and under. We aim to provide services that serve as the first step for students starting a new life to change their first impression.

vlicil provides eyelash treatments to approximately 280 customers per month, with a repeat customer rate of about 80%, significantly exceeding the industry average (around 50-60% in urban areas) and supported by a loyal customer base.

During our daily treatments, we noticed that many customers who carefully care for their eyelashes still manage their eyebrows themselves. Despite eyelashes and eyebrows being "paired elements" that influence the impression of the eye area, the idea of having eyebrows professionally done is not yet widespread.

As our staff's skills matured and our existing eyelash treatments stabilized, motivated staff members expressed their desire to offer eyebrow services as the next step, leading to the introduction of new menu items.
