Today, we went exploring with the cats. Where are they going? We found out they led us to their favorite hiding spot. This is a 6-room glamping village in the satoyama of Futtsu, Chiba. Featuring a 200-year-old traditional house and 16 rescued cats, please enjoy a healing time with nature and animals. During the day, you can carry a traditional basket, climb slopes, and explore the forest, enjoying a classic 'original experience' using your whole body. At night, chat slowly while watching the bonfire. A cat might curl up and sleep beside you—this is a common scene at Washinmura. The premises feature a 200-year-old house, a nagayamon gate, tents, and snow peak 'Jubako' cabins, where we live with 16 rescued cats, goats, dogs, and a family of Silkie chickens. Regarding animal treats: under the guidance of a veterinarian, we ask that you refrain from bringing store-bought treats for the cats' health management. If you wish to feed them, please purchase treats sold at the Washinmura shop. Cats live freely on the premises. Please be aware if you have allergies. Animals are whimsical, so we don't know which room they will visit; they may not come at all. The cats and dogs at Washinmura are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and treated for ticks.
