THE PORTRAITS PRODUCTIONS and Hachikin Creative will co-create new ways of delivering value, crossing domains from photography, video, and design to space, branding, and communication, starting from Tokyo and NY.

We met in NY. In that place where cultures, values, and expressions from around the world intersect, we have continuously questioned what moves people's hearts and what reaches the world.

Japan possesses inherent value that should reach the world more.

However, by simply changing the "way of conveying" that value, how it is perceived by the world can change dramatically.

This partnership marks the beginning of a significant new challenge for THE PORTRAITS PRODUCTIONS.

Fuuko Nakabachi and I spent time in NY during the same era, and we have a past connection through an advertising project we worked on together, which received high praise and wonderful awards. Her career and the creativity she produces are outstanding even within the NY creative industry, and while she is a friend, she has always been a source of respect and inspiration. Although we have gained experience in different fields, we have shared the desire to "create new value together someday."

By combining THE PORTRAITS' cherished "perspective of observing people" with Hachikin Creative's global brand strategy and communication design, I am confident that we can connect Japan and New York and provide new creativity for companies and brands to challenge the world.

As I've been involved in various projects, I feel that my current sensibilities and values are greatly influenced by my own roots and my experiences in both Japan and the US.

In that context, Mr. Tokuyama, who also experienced New York and has continued to challenge himself in his respective field, was one of the creators I've received inspiration from since before, due to our past collaboration on an award-winning advertising project. Even after we were geographically separated, I have received much inspiration every time I saw his activities and works.

In today's era that demands diversification, globalization, and speed, having teams and perspectives in both Japan and New York leads to immense potential. Through this partnership, I look forward to creating new challenges and value together.
