Dreams as a Catalyst for Life: Career Education Program "Dream Class" Learning from Athletes' Real-Life Experiences

INSPLICT Inc. participates in the "April Dream" project, which aims to make April 1st a day for sharing dreams. This press release is the dream of INSPLICT Inc. In this day and age, children are required to have the "power to carve out their own lives while making the most of their individuality and abilities." On the other hand, in school life, it is often difficult to perceive one's future and career path as a personal matter, and there are many situations where learning does not easily lead to action. Through our involvement with athletes, we have seen many moments where lives change significantly by having dreams and goals and repeatedly taking on challenges. Thinking, acting, growing by using failure as nourishment, and taking the next step again. We feel that this accumulation grows people, moves their own lives, and eventually becomes a great force that moves society. Our dream is to realize a society where all children can encounter their own potential and carve out their own lives. To achieve this, we will deliver an opportunity to children through an initiative called "Dream Class." "What is a dream?" Thinking about that question is the first step toward a dream. Our "Dream Class" is a career education program that creates an opportunity to think about one's way of life and choices through the athlete's own experiences and real-life stories. Dream Class is not for the purpose of "having a dream" itself. What we value is thinking, acting, reflecting, and taking the next step triggered by a dream or goal. By learning that process from athletes who have actually embodied it, children can specifically depict their own future. The time spent learning through the words of practitioners and workshops is the ultimate opportunity to draw a roadmap for the future. Composition of Dream Class: This class aims to build the foundation for career education and cultivate the ability to practice the PDCA cycle independently through school life. The class consists of two sessions. We provide an opportunity to think about one's way of life and choices through the athlete's own experiences and real-life stories. By touching on realistic stories, children can think while overlapping their own future.
