Innovation Partners and Shizuoka Prefecture Conclude "Collaboration Agreement concerning the Promotion of Dual-Residence Living and Utilization of Regional Resources"

Innovation Partners Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Shinichiro Honda / hereinafter "our company") concluded a "Collaboration Agreement concerning the Promotion of Dual-Residence Living and Utilization of Regional Resources" with Shizuoka Prefecture (Governor: Yasutomo Suzuki) on Tuesday, March 30, 2026.

Based on this agreement, building on the foundation of the "Hot Spring Inn Office Transformation Project" that has been promoted with Shizuoka Prefecture, we will further accelerate initiatives for regional revitalization in Shizuoka Prefecture, such as promoting dual-residence living, creating an involved population, and promoting industry utilizing regional resources.

1. Background and Purpose of the Agreement Conclusion This agreement aims to promote dual-residence living in the region, industrial promotion through the utilization of regional resources, and other regional revitalization efforts through mutual cooperation between Shizuoka Prefecture and our company. By combining the know-how of regional creation cultivated by our company with the rich regional resources possessed by Shizuoka Prefecture, we will collaborate even further on the following matters.

2. History so far: Promotion of the "Hot Spring Inn Office Transformation Project" and the opening of the Izu base Since FY2024, together with Shizuoka Prefecture, our company has been promoting the "Hot Spring Inn Office Transformation Project," a regional creation-type office model utilizing hot spring inns, in the Izu region.
