(Head Office: Yokohama, Kanagawa; Representative Director: Mahito Harada), the operator of "Lingble Link"—a platform providing end-to-end global e-commerce solutions including strategy formulation, D2C-focused store development, localized payment methods, global marketing, multilingual customer support, international shipping, and customs procedures.

Lingble Inc.'s global e-commerce solution enables brands worldwide to directly sell and grow globally through their own e-commerce sites. It comprehensively covers technology, marketing, customer support, logistics, and payments, holding significant potential to fundamentally support companies' entry into overseas markets.

Through this investment, the Company expects to accelerate the creation of unprecedented innovation by combining Lingble's advanced global commerce platform with its own strengths in the B2B domain.
