InnoJin Begins Collaboration with Rakuten Group's 'Yoyakusuri Pharmacy'

InnoJin Inc. (Headquarters: Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter 'InnoJin') announces that it has begun a collaboration with 'Yoyakusuri Pharmacy', operated by Rakuten Group Inc., on its ophthalmology online medical consultation platform.

Online medical consultations are expected to be an effective means of reducing the burden of hospital visits and improving access to healthcare. On the other hand, there are voices from patients who are anxious about the procedures for receiving prescribed medications after a consultation. Smoothly connecting the period from consultation to the start of medication is considered a key point in supporting continued treatment.

Through this collaboration, patients can seamlessly proceed from online consultation to online medication guidance and receipt of prescribed medications. Patients can select 'Yoyakusuri Pharmacy' as the destination for their prescribed medications. After the consultation, they can schedule online medication guidance via a URL sent by SMS to their registered phone number, and receive the prescribed medications at home after the guidance. This provides a consistent medical experience from consultation to the start of medication, contributing to an environment where patients can easily continue their treatment.

This collaboration has started on the ophthalmology online consultation platform already introduced at 'Tenohira Eye Clinic' (https://www.tenohiraganka.com) in Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo (*). In the future, the company plans to expand the rollout sequentially according to the needs of medical institutions.
