This work is based on the horror book "Notice Required. What Happens in That Haunted Property," released by the company on January 22, 2025, and has been adapted into a story with the full cooperation of Kazutoshi Kodama, CEO of Kachimodo Co., Ltd., the author.

## The Original Work is Based on the Experiences of the Representative of a Real Haunted Property Investigation Company
Kachimodo Co., Ltd. specializes in conducting on-site investigations of haunted properties and issues certificates (Ghost-Free Investigation Certificates) if no anomalies are found, thereby preventing the decrease in real estate asset value.

Kazutoshi Kodama, the representative, who has 18 years of experience in property management and has seen over 7,000 rooms, has compiled his terrifying experiences in haunted properties into the book "Notice Required. What Happens in That Haunted Property."

This book was adapted into a terrestrial drama series on Fuji TV in March 2025, receiving considerable attention.
