InfoPort Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Okayama City, Okayama Prefecture; CEO: Hiroto Kojima; hereinafter 'the Company') announces that it has joined the group of Spice Factory Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Hironosuke Takagi; hereinafter 'Spice Factory') effective March 18, 2026.
The Company will promote the advancement of business infrastructure in the logistics industry by fusing Spice Factory's technologies, such as UI/UX design and Generative AI utilization, with its own products and on-site expertise in the logistics domain.
In conjunction with this, a new management structure, including a change in the Representative Director, has been decided.
## ■ Background
In the logistics industry, sustainability challenges are becoming increasingly severe, with the '2024 Problem' surfacing and predictions pointing to a potential 34% shortage in domestic transport capacity by 2030.
For about 20 years, the Company has been tackling issues in the logistics field by providing cloud services centered on Transport Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Through this group participation, we will realize further evolution of the business infrastructure by combining the products and on-site knowledge cultivated thus far with Spice Factory's expertise in design, technology, and PR.
We will contribute to reducing the burden on each professional supporting logistics, such as drivers, warehouse staff, and dispatchers, and pass on the 'normality of packages arriving' to the next generation. As stakeholders in logistics DX, we will work on building a sustainable social infrastructure.

### ■ Comment from Representative Director Hiroto Kojima
Logistics is now at a structural turning point. A shortage of workers, maintenance of delivery networks, and response to digitalization. These issues, known as the 2024 and 2030 problems, are no longer 'choices' but 'conditions for survival' to continue supporting society.
We have over 10 years of domain knowledge deeply rooted in the field and excellent products. By combining this with the power of design, technology, and PR from the Spice Factory Group, we will tackle the industry's challenges with all our might.
We will not let logistics stop. With this resolve in our hearts, we will run forward with the colleagues who have supported this company since its founding.
