### CoACT-X (Group Integration of Nakatake Tech)

INDUSTRIAL-X acquired a 51% stake in Nakatake Tech, which provides business improvement and citizen development support using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform, rebranding it as CoACT-X. Leveraging its strong track record in field-level implementation, CoACT-X will play a pivotal role in translating AI and data utilization strategies into 'operational status' at the customer's site, ensuring the implementation and adoption of corporate transformation.
