INCLUSIVE Holdings Co., Ltd. Background of CAIO Appointment

The INCLUSIVE Holdings Group transitioned to a holding company structure in October 2025, shifting its core business focus from media to regional revitalization, while expanding operations across multiple domains including "brand consulting," "food-related businesses," "space-related initiatives," and "investment." In today's highly uncertain business environment, leveraging advanced technologies such as AI for data analytics, operational efficiency, and enhanced decision-making has become a critical strategic priority for sustainable growth.

Within the Group, AI and data utilization initiatives are already underway across various business segments. For example, Shimo-Kamo Cha-Sen Co., Ltd., which operates the food-related business, is strengthening its e-commerce operations through AI-driven data analytics. In the space-related business, the Group has launched "Hojou DX," a service that utilizes satellite data to support on-site agricultural administrative surveys.

With Ryota Shikura's appointment as a Director—bringing extensive expertise in new internet service development, data governance, and management—INCLUSIVE Holdings is establishing the CAIO role to strengthen executive leadership in driving integrated, group-wide AI and data strategies. This move aims to systematically advance AI transformation across the organization and further enhance corporate value.

Key Responsibilities of the CAIO

As CAIO, Ryota Shikura will primarily undertake the following responsibilities:

・ Formulation and execution of group-wide AI strategy and roadmap

・ Coordination and optimization of AI and data utilization initiatives across business units ・ Establishment of AI governance, ethical guidelines, and cybersecurity management frameworks ・ Consolidation of AI-related expertise and development of next-generation management and digital talent

Director and CAIO: Ryota Shikura

Ryota Shikura has held key leadership roles at major IT companies such as CyberAgent and Mercari, including in corporate strategy and internal audit, amassing extensive experience in new business development and data governance. He joined INCLUSIVE Holdings in May 2024 and served as a Director at subsidiary Shimo-Kamo Cha-Sen, where he led the enhancement of e-commerce operations and management systems. Starting June 2026, he assumes the role of Director and CAIO at INCLUSIVE Holdings, leveraging his expertise to drive group-wide AI strategy and AX (AI Transformation).
