Expanding "IntEx" International Exchange Experiences in School Education to Realize a Multicultural Coexistence Society

HelloWorld Inc. (Headquarters: Okinawa City, Okinawa Prefecture; Co-CEOs: Hikaru Nonaka, Keisuke Tomita; hereinafter "the Company"), with the mission of "creating a society where it's normal to have a friend in every country around the world," develops and operates "WorldClassroom," an AI English learning & international exchange platform connecting classrooms worldwide; "Machinaka Ryugaku," a homestay experience at the homes of foreign residents in Japan; and "Machinaka ENGLISH QUEST," an All-English inquiry-based fieldwork program.

Our Dream

As an infrastructure company that implements diversity in society, we aim to deliver English education and multicultural exchange experiences, which have traditionally been limited to those with time and financial余裕, to all children. We believe that school education plays a very significant role in this, and we have been providing in-class international exchange experiences (IntEx *) through "WorldClassroom," our AI English learning & international exchange platform for schools. Moving forward, we will further expand this provision, creating opportunities for all children to experience multiculturalism, not just those who can access study abroad or homestay programs outside of school.

Furthermore, we will develop integrated educational programs in collaboration with local governments, linking them with "Machinaka Ryugaku" and "Machinaka ENGLISH QUEST," thereby contributing to the improvement of English education quality in Japan.

"WorldClassroom" Achievements to Date

"WorldClassroom" has been introduced in over 800 elementary, junior high, and high schools nationwide, in collaboration with over 230 local governments and boards of education, as of March 2026. It has delivered high-quality English learning and IntEx to over 250,000 children.

Additionally, it was exhibited at the Osaka Healthcare Pavilion of the Osaka-Kansai Expo held in 2025, where many visitors experienced a future-oriented educational program that integrates AI and online international exchange.

About Our Services

Weekend Homestay in Kanto and Okinawa: "Machinaka Ryugaku"

In Machinaka Ryugaku, host families from over 80 countries have welcomed guests of all ages, from preschoolers to adults. To provide rich experiences that go beyond mere English learning or understanding national cultures, we offer multi-country tour plans where guests can interact with people from various countries and experience diverse cultures. This program helps develop an understanding of diversity, a global mindset, and the ability to thrive globally. It has been adopted as a project by the Cabinet Office's Okinawa Promotion Project and local governments such as Yokohama City, attracting nationwide attention.

Enjoy Casual International Exchange: "Machinaka ENGLISH QUEST (Machi-Que)"

This is an "All-English inquiry-based learning program" that mixes international exchange, town walking, and mission completion, enjoyable for large groups in a game-like format. It's a popular program where participants "naturally relax and smile" as they achieve given missions using English.

It is held nationwide from Hokkaido to Okinawa, and even in Taiwan, and is widely adopted for school trips and leadership programs.

AI English Learning & International Exchange Platform Connecting Classrooms Worldwide: "WorldClassroom"

"WorldClassroom," developed and operated by our company, effectively enhances the four English skills and five domains (reading aloud, presentation, interaction (AI English conversation), and writing practice), primarily through a speaking practice function utilizing generative AI. Furthermore, its online international exchange (IntEx) function enables international exchange with peers worldwide, dramatically boosting students' motivation for English learning.

Moving forward, our company will continue to expand international exchange products nationwide and overseas, providing high-quality English learning and international exchange experiences widely and universally, thereby fostering children who are receptive to diversity. Through accessible international exchange, we aim to overcome the fixed idea of "I could never communicate in English" and provide the realization and confidence that "international exchange is fun, and I want to do it again!", thus moving closer to a multicultural coexistence society.
