Centered around Mr. Tani of Chiyoda Realty, experts in traditional architecture, local residents, and volunteers from the city participated in the renovation through workshops. It was born not as 'development by outsiders' but as a new model of 'endogenous regional revitalization' built on a foundation of trust with the local community.
