Starting Thursday, June 18, 2026, 'imuraya sweets marché Russelia (Russelia)' will begin selling two summer-limited shaved ice desserts made with natural water ice: 'Shaved Ice Strawberry Milk' and 'Shaved Ice Uji Matcha'.

As the weather warms, Russelia introduces 'Shaved Ice Strawberry Milk' made with Mie Prefecture's 'Kaori-no-Ichigo' strawberries, and 'Shaved Ice Uji Matcha' combining aged Uji matcha from Kyoto Prefecture with Imuraya's signature boiled azuki beans.

The fluffy texture of finely shaved natural water ice enhances the authentic flavors of the ingredients, delivering a refreshingly cool experience.
