YAMASTA to Launch the Fujimichi Trail Stamp Rally Along the Fujikyuko Line

Yama-to-Keikokusha, provider of the mountain stamp rally app YAMASTA, will hold the “Fujimichi Trail Stamp Rally” in cooperation with Fuji Sanroku Electric Railway from May 16, 2026 to March 14, 2027. The Fujimichi Trail consists of four selected hiking courses along the Fujikyuko Line, designed to be enjoyed year-round by a wide range of hikers from beginners to advanced users. The routes feature views of Mount Fuji, ridge walks, historic old roads, and opportunities to experience the nature, history, and culture of the Fuji foothills. Participants can use the YAMASTA app to check in at designated points along each route and collect digital stamps designed around the scenery and history of each location. Those who complete the stamp rally can receive a commemorative badge and completion certificate, and may also enter a lottery for special pins. The campaign will run in two periods: the first from May 16 to September 30, 2026, and the second from October 1, 2026 to March 14, 2027. The four courses include routes visiting Mitsutoge and its historic pilgrimage approach, Ishiwariyama and Ishiwari Shrine, a casual ridge walk around Tsuru City, and a course offering views of Mount Fuji, the Fuji Five Lakes, Aokigahara Forest, as well as wind and ice caves. YAMASTA is a Japanese mountain and nature stamp rally app that lets users collect digital stamps by checking in at designated mountain summits and scenic spots. As of May 15, 2026, it operates 75 stamp rally events nationwide and has attracted more than 1.13 million cumulative visitors to mountains and natural areas across Japan.
