The seminar will be conducted in two parts.

● Hidekazu Tanaka

Born in 1983, from Aichi Prefecture. Graduated from Nagoya High School. Joined the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism in 2001 and graduated from the Civil Aviation College in 2003. Stationed at Naha Airport, began working as an air traffic controller. Transferred to Chubu Centrair International Airport in 2008. Retired in 2020. Currently active in promoting aviation through lectures and talk shows at airports and museums nationwide, career talks at elementary, junior high, and high schools, aviation classes and paper airplane classes at after-school care centers and children's centers, and charity donations of aviation books. Also active in TV appearances and supervision, contributions to newspapers and magazines, writing the column "I am a 'former' air traffic controller," hosting "Take Off Towards Your Dreams with a Former Air Traffic Controller!" on radio station MID-FM, and holding "Human Error Countermeasure Courses" for companies and organizations.
