This feature allows attendees registered at the time of meeting check-in to be automatically registered in immedio as "client-side attendees" and managed in conjunction with meeting events. This new functionality enables consistent management of meeting information within immedio, not only for the main contact person but also for client-side members who participated on the day of the meeting.
Background of Development: Client-side members attending business negotiations were not recorded as meeting information.
In BtoB sales, business negotiations are no longer decided by a single representative. In addition to the person who arranged the meeting, there are increasing cases where superiors, decision-makers, and members from relevant departments attend on the day of the meeting.
In fact, according to the "White Paper on Customer Company Purchasing Processes 2025" released by One Marketing, the number of people involved in purchasing decisions increases with the transaction amount, reaching an average of 5.6 people for low-price ranges (under 3 million yen) and 18.3 people for high-price ranges (*Source: One Marketing).

Previously, there were ways to link attendees obtained through meeting check-in forms to the CRM.
