After joining Intelligence (now Persol Career), a major human resources company, as a new graduate, he worked in sales. In May 2018, he joined SmartCamp and was appointed manager of the marketing & inside sales team. He expanded sales from leads by 9 times in approximately 9 months. Currently, he oversees business strategy, marketing, and sales for "BALES," an inside sales BPO, and also serves as co-representative and brand manager of "Inside Insight" LLC, an inside sales community with over 2,000 participants.
Yuya Tateno | Leaner Technologies Inc., Head of Inside Sales Department
After graduating from Nagoya University Graduate School, he gained experience in new corporate sales and sales strategy planning for major manufacturing companies at Intelligence (now Persol Career). In November 2021, he joined Leaner Technologies during the launch phase of the inside sales organization and is currently leading the business as the head of the organization.
Moeko Otomo | TechTouch Inc., Department Manager, Sales Development Representative Department
After completing graduate school, she experienced test engineer and pre-sales roles at a map software company before transitioning to sales. She gained experience in inside sales (player and management) and field sales management at Money Forward and Schoo. In February 2025, she joined TechTouch and is currently active in the marketing & SDR department.
Hideki Hamada | immedio Inc., Representative Director
From 2005, he was in charge of new businesses in the IT field at Mitsui & Co. After studying at Harvard Business School, he was involved in executing investment projects. In 2016, he joined bitFlyer and served as the head of the US office. At Sansan, he served as General Manager of Global Strategy, Bill One PMM, and Deputy General Manager of the Sales Development Department. In 2022, he founded a company and launched "immedio," an automated business negotiation acquisition service, where he remains to this day.
