Isetan Shinjuku to Host 'Ma Patisserie 2026' Featuring Exclusive Reunion of Japan's World Pastry Cup Team

Isetan Shinjuku will host the sweets festival 'Ma Patisserie 2026' at the Main Building 6th floor Exhibition Hall from May 26 (Tue) to June 1 (Mon), 2026.

Now in its third year, the event is themed 'Sweets Theme Park,' emphasizing live performances. Top-tier pastry chefs, including world competition winners, will gather from over 40 brands to showcase their skills on-site. Visitors have the unique opportunity to interact with chefs and learn about their dedication to ingredients.

■ Featured Program: LIVE Counter Eat-in
A special reunion of the three chefs who won the silver medal as 'Team Japan' at the 2021 Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie (World Pastry Cup) will take place after five years. They will present an exclusive collaboration menu titled 'Reunion2021'.

1. Abricot Chocolat: A harmony of chocolate cream and apricot.

Additionally, 'Belle idée pÂtisserie!' will offer an elegant Pavlova featuring delicate meringue and colorful fruits, and a vibrant parfait (3,190 yen) focused on aroma and texture, showcasing the exquisite world created by master and apprentice chefs.
