IMADEYA Co., Ltd. She was born as the eldest daughter to parents who ran a wholesale business for children's toys in Asakusa. She was active from an early age, and her 10 years of experience at Labo Party, where she focused on international exchange and language, greatly influenced her later various activities. After graduating from high school, she went to the United States to study language. Several years later, due to family circumstances, she returned to Japan mid-way and joined a yacht import and sales company, where she learned about overall management. Later, through her connection with Shuichi Ogura, she co-founded the current IMADEYA as Senior Managing Director. At IMADEYA, in 1990, she launched the wine department, which had almost zero sales at the time, and now she considers the growth of the Japanese wine industry her life's work. She has no particular hobbies but enjoys eating and drinking, reading, and wearing traditional Japanese clothing, and considers the time spent thinking about IMADEYA her greatest joy. ## Message from Azusa Ogura By fate, I married into IMADEYA, and 36 years have passed in the blink of an eye. I sincerely ask for your continued strict yet sometimes warm guidance and encouragement. ## Takashi Ishikawa Profile Born in Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo, in 1968. Influenced by his father, who worked for a securities company, he transferred schools nationwide until junior high school and was passionate about basketball. Later, he enrolled in the Faculty of Literature at Chuo University. On weekends, he worked part-time as a waiter at wedding venues, and on weekdays, he spent his days skiing and traveling domestically and internationally. Attracted to sake that accompanies people's lives, he joined Sapporo Breweries in 1990. He gained sales experience in Kobe, Chiba, Sapporo, Tokyo, and Fukuoka. From 1994, he was in charge of IMADEYA Co., Ltd. as a sales representative for six years. After that, he experienced being Manager of the Advertising Department, Human Resources Manager, and Executive Officer of the West Japan Headquarters, learning about overall management.
