Background and Purpose: Aiming for a Sustainable Local Community and Diverse Careers

Higashimiyoshi Town is working to address regional issues such as population decline and an aging society, while also promoting women's active participation by creating diverse working styles utilizing telework.

This project represents the specific implementation phase of the town's 'DX Human Resource Development Project (Female Teleworker Edition)'.

The town has identified significant resident interest in telework opportunities. However, a challenge existed where general knowledge-based courses were insufficient to lead to actual employment.

Therefore, this project goes beyond mere knowledge acquisition, offering a one-stop service from skill acquisition to practical experience, employment connection, and continued support after the project ends. This enables participants to build long-term, flexible careers regardless of their life stage, while remaining in a rural area.

This project was awarded to the Company through prescribed procedures as the implementation body for work-from-home human resource development in Higashimiyoshi Town. Leveraging its expertise in local government support and work-from-home human resource development, the Company will manage course operations, practical support, and employment connection support in line with the town's project objectives.

Contents of the FY2026 Work-from-Home Introduction & Skill-Up Seminar

Targeting women aged 18 and over registered as residents of Higashimiyoshi Town, the program provides integrated support from basic understanding of telework skills to necessary skill acquisition, practical experience, and support for employment connection.

(1) Telework Introduction Seminar ~ Career Rediscovery Workshop ~

In addition to basic explanations about telework, a workshop using career maps will be conducted to help participants concretely envision the process until they actually start working.

(2) Digital Skill-Up Course

Through a curriculum of 6 sessions, participants will progressively acquire skills from digital basics to those directly applicable to actual work. Practical exercises such as role-playing are incorporated to simulate real business tasks.

(3) Individual Career Consulting

For interested participants, professional consultants and active teleworkers provide individual advice, from organizing self-promotion to methods for gathering and confirming information on work-from-home projects. This helps alleviate psychological anxiety about employment and supports the first step.

(4) Support for Employment Connection and Introduction of Job Opportunities

For interested participants who have completed the program and passed specified skill checks and registration procedures, support for connecting to work-from-home projects will be provided.
