"THE CAMPANELLA CAFE," which operated on the 4th floor of Daimaru Tokyo Store from April 2017 to June 2021, was a concept cafe where customers could experience the world of "Tokyo Campanella." It was loved by many.

Among its offerings, the "Blue Lemonade," which changed from blue to purple when lemon ginger syrup was added, was a particularly popular menu item due to its beautiful natural color and refreshing taste.

Inheriting the memories and感動 (emotional experiences) of the cafe, a new tart has been born, layering the beautiful blue of butterfly pea with the aroma of earl grey.
