AIL Inc. (Headquarters: Kita-ku, Osaka; Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Tetsuo Iwamoto, TSE Prime: 3854), which supports business management with its in-house developed systems, will establish 'Life Support Leave' on April 1, 2026. This leave is separate from annual paid leave and is designed to accommodate various life circumstances for all employees (including contract employees, part-time workers, andアルバイト). Leave for six reasons, including family nursing and care, which were previously unpaid, will now be available as paid leave, up to one day per month and from one hour at a time.
Amidst the current societal challenges of labor shortages and high turnover rates, our company's employee count has doubled from approximately 500 to 1,000 over the past decade. However, our turnover rate is the lowest in the past 10 years at 2.3% (as of the end of July 2025), significantly below the industry average of 10.2% (*).
We believe that the environmental improvements we have implemented have led to employee retention, growth, and stability in our services and performance. On the other hand, employees' life circumstances are diversifying, and by expanding the systems that employees need, we aim to achieve long-term organizational growth.

Overview of 'Life Support Leave'
Background of Establishment In 2021, based on employee feedback, we made menstrual leave, which was previously unpaid, available as paid leave up to one day per month, separate from annual paid leave. The utilization rate for this leave has been approximately 22% (actual results from January 2025 to January 2026), indicating it has been utilized by employees who need it and has been operated appropriately.
Building on this experience, we have decided to expand the scope of use for leave that is regularly required due to various circumstances, allowing employees to take leave without worrying about their remaining annual paid leave balance, regardless of gender or age. The scope includes reasons for which there have been internal requests and precedents. To prioritize ease of use, leave can be taken from one hour at a time, ensuring that even when employees need to stop working for only a short period, it can be covered by paid leave. By expanding the reasons for which leave can be taken separately from annual paid leave, we strive to ensure that everyone can take leave equally, which is intended for rest and recuperation.
Societal Background of Labor Shortages and Our Company's Initiatives and Turnover Rate Labor shortages have become chronic across industries, and the hiring market continues to favor job seekers. The working
