Recruitment of Participants: Skill Training Courses - Project for Securing and Developing Human Resources for Active Seniors (Commissioned by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare)

The Saitama Prefecture Silver Human Resources Center Federation (Public Interest Incorporated Foundation Ikiiki Saitama) is implementing the Project for Securing and Developing Human Resources for Active Seniors, commissioned by the Saitama Labour Bureau of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. Through this project, the Federation actively promotes the Silver Human Resources Center to seniors and companies, and conducts skill training courses so that people aged 60 and over can join the Silver Human Resources Center and work confidently in fields facing labor shortages in the community.

The following (1) or (2):
- (1) Persons aged 60 or over residing in Saitama Prefecture who wish to join the Silver Human Resources Center
- (2) Current center members who are not employed or have no experience in the course occupation

*Applications must arrive by the deadline. If the number of applications exceeds capacity, selection will be conducted.
*These courses are not considered as job-seeking activity records for unemployment insurance eligibility.
