IIM Achieves "Eruboshi" Certification, Highest Level (Stage 3), as a Company Promoting Women's Success

IIM Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Jun Sekine) has been recognized for its initiatives in promoting women's success and has obtained the highest level (Stage 3) of the "Eruboshi" certification, established by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.

About Eruboshi Certification:

The "Eruboshi" certification is a system where the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare certifies companies that have developed and submitted an action plan based on the Act on Promotion of Women's Success, and whose initiatives for promoting women's success are excellent.

The evaluation is based on the following five items:

Working Hours and Work Styles

Proportion of Managers

Diverse Career Paths

IIM has met a high standard in all of these evaluation items, achieving the highest level, Stage 3 certification.
