我們在此宣布，作為地區福祉推動的一環，「IIJ電子＠聯絡網服務」（以下簡稱電子＠聯絡網）已於2025年10月起在岡山縣美咲町導入。這是電子＠聯絡網服務首次在岡山縣內導入的案例。
電子＠聯絡網是一個「跨專業合作平台」，旨在連結支持地區居民生活的各領域專業人士，包括醫療、福祉、照護及行政等。自2017年4月起，該服務便以ICT平台的型態提供，用於共享接受居家醫療照護的長者及兒童的病患資訊，服務對象涵蓋醫師、護理師、藥師、照護輔助員、照護經理等。目前，已有全國76個市町村導入此服務，使用者超過27,000人。
導入背景
位於岡山縣中部的美咲町，正面臨著傳統按領域劃分的支援體系難以應對的複雜且多樣化的課題，例如雙重負擔（※1）及8050問題（※2）。為此，該町正積極推動「多層次支援體系建構事業」，旨在透過行政機關與社會福祉相關團體等單位的整合性努力，提供「不問屬性的諮詢支援」、「參與支援」 (※3) 及「邁向社區營造的支援」這三項服務。
在此項計畫中，除了促進行政機關與相關機構之間的跨組織合作外，強化行政內部組織間的聯繫，以及建構支援者之間有效資訊共享的溝通基礎設施，也被視為重要的課題。為此，美咲町根據2025年制定的多層次支援體系建構事業實施計畫，在行政機關、社會福祉相關團體及支援者之間進行審慎評估後，正式導入電子＠聯絡網，並開始將其作為地區互助的資訊連結平台加以運用。未來，也期望能將其作為推動町內數位轉型（DX）的工具。
