This service aims to accelerate decision-making in new business development and enhance business creation capabilities.

Background: Expansion of New Business Development Initiatives and Stagnation Factors

In recent years, efforts in new business development have rapidly expanded to achieve sustainable growth and innovation in rapidly changing market environments. However, challenges such as stagnation in deliberations and low commercialization rates from the business concept stage after ideation, through PoC, and subsequent release and business scaling, persist. This is due to complex factors arising at various points in internal promotion and consensus building after ideation, including the accuracy of deliberations after starting business plan construction and the gap in evaluation perspectives between existing businesses and new businesses.
