Security Initiatives and Contributions to the Industry

We deeply regret the significant concern caused to everyone by the recent unauthorized access incident to our cloud service (*).

In response to this incident, we are fundamentally reviewing the security systems of "ielove CLOUD" and "ielove BB" and working to ensure a higher level of safety.

We are promoting the renewal of our security infrastructure, including strengthening access control based on a zero-trust architecture and tightening authentication processes. We will also strive for continuous risk reduction by reviewing our operational structure and strengthening our monitoring system.

Furthermore, beyond strengthening our own security, we intend to contribute to raising the information security standards of the entire real estate industry by sharing the knowledge and know-how gained through our response to this incident as needed within the industry.
