Fuji Housing is a real estate company that develops and sells detached houses and condominiums, as well as engaging in a wide range of housing-related businesses including real estate management, effective land utilization, and custom-built homes. To improve the efficiency of real estate transaction operations, they have now implemented Iyerabu CLOUD's transaction site and smartphone property confirmation system. This allows for centralized management of property information within "Iyerabu CLOUD," enabling real-time status checks of the company's properties, as well as online completion of property document downloads and advertising permission requests. Furthermore, Fuji Support (※2) is a membership-based service that includes account management for buyer agents, security measures, and analytics, thereby achieving operational efficiency from procurement to sales.

With the "Smartphone Property Confirmation" system, the listing agent distributes sales documents with QR codes (※3). Intermediary agents can then scan the QR code with their smartphones to instantly confirm the latest property information. Additionally, property information requests can be completed online.
