In 2019, she joined ANA InterContinental Beppu Resort & Spa as a pre-opening team member, serving as Director of Rooms, Acting General Manager, and Deputy General Manager before being appointed General Manager.

Recognizing her achievements, she was appointed General Manager of Hotel Indigo Karuizawa in 2023, and as Portfolio General Manager overseeing both ANA InterContinental Beppu Resort & Spa and Hotel Indigo Karuizawa, she led strategic initiatives and organizational strengthening.
