The sweet and fragrant peaches, with their juicy and melting texture, are at their best from early summer to summer. The hotel has prepared a peach-filled afternoon tea to enjoy the peak season of peaches.

The top tier features a glass dessert with peaches compote and yogurt blancmange, as well as peach and lime mousse, and shortcake with fresh peaches and cream. The pound cake, decorated with pink chocolate, is made with the hotel's original blend tea 'Fleur Marine'. Enjoy the moist texture and the aroma of peach and rose that spreads in your mouth.

The second tier features a jelly with two layers of peach jelly and almond tofu, peach choux cream, and red peach flan with a rose-like appearance. The peach macaron, filled with gelee made from peach juice, is a charming yet sophisticated item.

The savory section includes cold corn mousse with ham, ricotta cheese quiche with fig and walnut, and bruschetta with mascarpone and chicken on a baguette with cob dressing flavor. The bruschetta has a creamy and spicy taste that gently complements the sweetness of the peach.
