## 'Hama-Beer!' Summer Beer Garden Overview

The Yokohama Grand InterContinental Hotel (1-1-1 Minatomirai, Nishi-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa) will host its signature summer beer garden, 'Hama-Beer!', on select days from July 2 (Thursday) to October 31 (Saturday), 2026.

Guests can enjoy barbecue-style cuisine at the 'closest to the sea' outdoor terrace seating, while taking in the views of Yokohama Port.

## 2026 Theme: 'Passionate Spanish Cuisine'

This year, the menu centers around Spanish cuisine.

### Cold Dishes
- Two-color Gazpacho
- Pan con Tomate with two types of flute bread (olive oil, Grana Padano)
- Jamón Serrano and Picos
- Hokkaido 'Kita-akari' potato and summer vegetable tortilla
- Edamame

### Hot Dishes
- Butterfly shrimp with lemon and herb butter
- Grilled turban shell (sazae)
- Bone-in chicken thigh confit
- Pork back ribs marinated in original spices
- Domestic beef thigh meat
- Seasonal vegetables (pumpkin, okra)
- Spanish-style seafood risotto ('Caldoso') with mussels and pufferfish, served with aioli
- 'Calçots'-style Fukaya leeks with Romesco sauce
