The top is adorned with a white chocolate vessel filled with a light cream made from sour cream and Chantilly, topped with generous slices of sweet, juicy fresh mango. Two crispy, light coconut meringue cookies are placed atop the mango, creating a refreshing early summer aesthetic.
At the center of the glass is ice cream made from tonka beans, which have a sweet aroma reminiscent of almond tofu, surrounded by colorful fresh mangoes, raspberries, and a hint of rich lychee liqueur.
