The Yokohama Grand InterContinental Hotel (1-1-1 Minato Mirai, Nishi-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa) will offer the "Parfait Mangue," a parfait featuring luscious mangoes, at the Lounge & Bar "Marine Blue" for a limited time from Monday, May 11, 2026, to Sunday, July 12, 2026.

This parfait, with the vibrant colors of fresh mangoes visible through the clear glass, is a gorgeous treat perfect for early summer, combining visual beauty with an elegant flavor profile.

Inside the white chocolate vessel topping the parfait, we have piped a light cream made from a blend of sour cream and Chantilly, topped with a generous serving of juicy, sweet fresh mangoes. Two crispy, light coconut meringue cookies are placed atop the mangoes, creating a refreshing, early-summer aesthetic.

In the center of the glass, we have placed ice cream made from tonka beans—known for their sweet aroma reminiscent of almond tofu—surrounded by colorful fresh mangoes and raspberries, with a hint of rich lychee liqueur. Each bite offers a harmonious blend of the sweet, gentle fragrance of tonka beans and the fresh fruit, leaving a lingering, floral finish.

Beneath this, layers of crunchy pistachio crumble, mango sauce, sour cream Chantilly, and jasmine tea jelly infused with mango fragrance create a structure that allows you to enjoy changing textures and aromas with every spoonful.
