Chef of the French restaurant 'Zostera' in the 16th arrondissement of Paris. A rising star chef specializing in seafood, his restaurant received one star in the France Michelin Guide 2026. He is also an environmentally conscious chef, actively practicing the use of sustainable ingredients and zero-waste principles daily.
He learned the essence of French cuisine using seafood from chefs such as Jean-François Piège at Hotel Plaza Athénée and Jacques Maximin at Le Chantecler.
