This experience will not only showcase the allure of sake but also include sake tasting and a lunch set featuring fermented seasonings unique to sake breweries.
In the brewery, designated as a Tangible Cultural Property, not only is the local sake "Amano Sake," said to have been favored by Toyotomi Hideyoshi, brewed, but it is also a beloved sake brewery by locals and tourists alike, hosting events such as riverside dining while enjoying the sight of fireflies in the summer and oyster events during brewery openings. Furthermore, sake tasting can be enjoyed at the adjacent restaurant. We will introduce our guests to sake brewed amidst the rich nature where fireflies inhabit.

About Amano Sake:
A long-established brewery founded in the Kyoho era of the Edo period, located in Kawachinagano City, Osaka Prefecture. Situated on the Koya Kaido road leading to the World Heritage site of Mount Koya, it is also a Registered Tangible Cultural Property. It formerly brewed sake such as "Miki Masamune" and "Nami no Tsuru." During the time when Amanosan Kongo-ji Temple was used as a temple lodging, the monks' sake served to pilgrims became known as "Amano Sake." It is a Japanese sake said to have been loved by Toyotomi Hideyoshi for its extreme sweetness, exceeding minus 100 degrees. In 1971, with the kind cooperation of Amanosan Kongo-ji Temple and the support of local people, "Amano Sake" was revived and is now a hidden gem among local sakes. The adjacent restaurant "Tenku" offers sake tasting and meals.
