Icom Launches New IP Phone Application for Windows® PC

Icom Inc. (Headquarters: Hirano-ku, Osaka; Representative Director and President: Hiroshi Nakaoka; TSE Prime), a wireless communication equipment manufacturer, will launch the IP phone application IP200FS in mid-May 2026. IP200FS is an IP phone application for Windows® PCs that enables internal, external, and group calls. It provides telephone and transceiver functions almost equivalent to those of business phones and IP transceivers. This product is a remake of the telelink® series, specifically the smartphone IP phone app IP200APP, which was released at the end of January 2024, and will be launched as the IP phone app IP200FS for Windows® PCs. With a Windows® PC, you can handle calls from anywhere. It supports improved work/business efficiency in industries where quick phone response is required simultaneously with PC work, such as sales administration, purchasing, and procurement liaison. Furthermore, it can communicate with our telelink® series (such as wireless mobile IP phones), allowing for the construction of a more expandable communication network by combining this product with your existing telelink® series communication terminals.

◆Internal and external calls from Windows® PC IP200FS utilizes the PC's internet environment to make internal and external calls. With an internet-connected PC, you can handle calls from anywhere, making it ideal for sales administration and remote work. Also, since you can specify the phone number when making calls, you can use the company's main phone number as the caller ID, eliminating the need to assign a phone number to each employee. This allows for low-cost introduction by reducing the cost of acquiring phone numbers. ◆Group calls like a transceiver With a single click of a button, you can make a group call to all registered contacts. Registered terminals are compatible not only with other applications but also with our mobile IP phones, fixed phones, IP transceivers, and various other devices. It can be used for one-to-many business communication. *A separate RoIP gateway is required for communication with IP transceivers. ◆Achieves communication compatibility with our telelink® series IP200FS has communication compatibility with Icom's IP transceivers as well as telelink® products.
