≪For Reference≫
This survey found that over 90% of people would consider a detached house if they were to purchase a home in the future. Furthermore, among the equipment desired when building a detached house, "floor heating" and "solar power generation" were ranked high, and among desired layouts, "walk-in closets" and "laundry rooms (indoor drying)" were popular, indicating a trend towards prioritizing home comfort and ease of housework.
Ichijo Komuten promotes the construction of highly airtight and highly insulated homes. Through its integrated group production system, it provides high-performance solar power generation and storage batteries at reasonable prices. Furthermore, it proposes homes that consider ease of living, such as indoor drying spaces, closets, and thoughtfully designed kitchens.
◆Standardizing the highest insulation performance class 7
Insulation performance greatly influences a home's energy saving. For "Grand Smart" and "i-Smart," we standardized "highest insulation performance class 7" starting in April 2026. This highest insulation performance class is achieved through a combination of technologies such as high-performance urethane foam, triple-glazed resin sashes, entrance dirt floor insulation, and super-insulated entrance doors.

※1: May not be applicable depending on the construction site, plan, or specifications adopted.
※2: Limited to framed wall construction products. Insulation class 6 may not be met depending on the layout or specifications adopted.
※3: Standards for ensuring the energy-saving performance that housing and building structures and equipment should possess. Performance guidelines that serve as criteria for calculating the overall energy efficiency of a building.
◆Providing high-performance "solar power generation and storage batteries" at reasonable prices through in-house group production
By conducting integrated production, sales, and maintenance of roof-integrated solar panels within our own group, we have established a system that allows customers to choose to install a "solar power generation system" with peace of mind and satisfaction. We have also been certified by Guinness World Records™*1 for five consecutive years as "the company that built the most solar-equipped homes in the most recent year." Furthermore, our original storage batteries can supply electricity generated by solar panels throughout the house, allowing for a near-normal lifestyle*2 even during power outages.

◆"Indoor drying spaces" and "closets" designed with emphasis on space utilization and ease of living
Ichijo homes are designed for indoor drying. The whole-house ventilation system circulates indoor air to remove moisture from laundry, allowing clothes to dry quickly no matter where they are hung. We also offer various laundry drying items that can be selected according to usage and location, such as "Hoscreen" (ceiling-mounted laundry poles) and "hanger pipes with shelves."
Our walk-in closets are available in a simple type consisting of shelves and hanger pipes, and a more comprehensive type with additional storage shelves and drawers. Popular system closets include a "slide hanger" that effectively utilizes depth, a "double hanger" for two-tier storage, and "small item storage" and "clothing cases." With ample space to hang clothes, the effort of folding and seasonal wardrobe changes is reduced. Many people also install them next to hallways or washrooms and changing rooms for shared family storage.
