Ichigo Makes 'Corporate Hometown Tax' Donation to Miyakonojo City, Miyazaki Prefecture

We have made a donation to the 'FY2025 Miyakonojo City Town, People, and Jobs Creation Promotion Project' under the regional revitalization tax system (Corporate Hometown Tax), and received a letter of appreciation from the city. As a sustainable infrastructure company, Ichigo aims to create new value in real estate and bring prosperity to Japan's future together with cities and people. In Miyazaki Prefecture, we promote various businesses as 'sustainable infrastructure' to enhance local sustainability, including the lifestyle shopping center 'Miyako City,' clean energy business 'Ichigo ECO Energy,' soccer club 'Tegevajaro Miyazaki,' agricultural business 'Ichigo Potager,' and local broadcaster 'Miyazaki Sunshine FM.' We have had a long-standing relationship with Miyakonojo City since 2013, when our group was selected as the operator for the 'Ichigo Miyakonojo Yasuhisa-cho ECO Power Plant' on a former ranch site. We will continue to deepen our collaboration with Miyakonojo City in diverse fields such as sports, environment, tourism, and food, contributing to the realization of the city's goal of being a 'leading city in Southern Kyushu where citizens' smiles spread,' and working toward the sustainable development and enhancement of regional value in the Southern Kyushu area.
