Ichigo Potager is committed to cultivation using original organic fertilizers that utilize local resources. For example, we receive bonito flakes from soba restaurants and kelp dashi residue from sushi restaurants in Miyazaki City, which we utilize as organic fertilizers. Furthermore, we are working on regional circulation by utilizing unused resources such as bamboo fermented fertilizer and rice bran.
