Our company believes that the raison d'être of a corporation is to contribute to society, and our greatest goal is to achieve significant growth as a "Sustainable Infrastructure Company" that realizes a sustainable society, while fulfilling our social responsibilities through business activities.
We are pleased to announce that we have obtained certification from CDP, the secretariat of RE100, for achieving 100% renewable energy use in the international initiative "RE100," as detailed below.
Our company switched all electricity (※2) used in the entire group's business activities (※1) to renewable energy by the end of August 2024. As a result of being audited for one year's energy usage (September 1, 2024 - August 31, 2025), we obtained this certification. This achieves the environmental KPI "RE100: 100% renewable energy for electricity consumed in business activities by 2025," which is stated in our long-term vision "Ichigo 2030" (※3). We will continue to work towards realizing a decarbonized society to maintain RE100.
(※1) Excludes properties that have been sold or are planned for sale, and properties for which we do not have energy management rights.
(※2) Electricity from cogeneration self-generation (0.1%) is excluded as it does not meet RE100 technical requirements.

■ Message from Ollie Wilson, Head of RE100, Climate Group
Since joining RE100 in 2021, Ichigo has steadily progressed towards achieving its goal of procuring 100% of its electricity from renewable energy. We sincerely congratulate Ichigo on this crucial achievement in a market where renewable energy procurement remains challenging. Ichigo's leadership powerfully demonstrates to businesses and policymakers that the future lies in renewable energy. We look forward to continuing to promote this initiative together and working closely to expand access to renewable energy in Japan.
■ Overview of "RE100"
RE100 is an international initiative aimed at influential companies worldwide committing to procuring 100% of the electricity they use in their operations from renewable energy sources such as solar, wind, hydro, and biomass, which do not emit CO2 during power generation, with the goal of transitioning to a decarbonized society (carbon neutral) in the future.
It is operated by the international environmental NGO "The Climate Group (TCG)," and as of May 2026, over 400 companies worldwide have joined.

■ Our Company's Sustainability Initiatives
Our company promotes reducing environmental impact through our core businesses, such as the resource-saving, high-efficiency "Shinchiku" (reconstruction/renovation) business, which aims to realize "100-year real estate" by utilizing existing properties, and the clean energy business, which creates renewable energy and reduces greenhouse gas emissions.
In May 2024, we set Science Based Targets (SBT※), which are greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reduction targets set by companies consistent with the levels stipulated in the Paris Agreement, and obtained SBT initiative certification. Furthermore, we have been selected as an "A-List company" for two consecutive years in the "Climate Change" and "Water" categories of the questionnaire by CDP, an international non-profit organization working on environmental information disclosure.
We believe that our efforts to address environmental issues contribute to our long-term growth and the strengthening of our business continuity foundation. We will continue to promote initiatives for a decarbonized society and contribute to the realization of a sustainable society.
