Ichigo is a 'Sustainable Infrastructure Company' that supports people's affluent lives.
As part of its SR (Student Relations) activities, Ichigo actively supports various activities for junior high and high school students who will lead the future of Japan, such as hosting corporate visits (157 students from 16 schools in FY2025) and supporting regional exploratory learning. Through these activities, we aim to communicate with a diverse customer base, secure human resources continuously by improving brand recognition and increasing fans, and enhance corporate value through interaction with students who will lead the next generation by strengthening CSR activities. In FY2025, in addition to further strengthening SR activities, we are participating in the exploratory learning program 'Corporate Access' planned and provided by Educationa and Design, Inc. (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Kanji Miyaji) as an initiative that also leads to the development of internal human resources. As part of this initiative, on March 18, 2026, we welcomed two teams to our Marunouchi headquarters for a company visit program: the 'Ichigo Daifuku' team (Tokiwamatsu Gakuen High School) and the 'Yakiniku Bento' team (Osaka Seiryo High School), who successfully won the Ichigo Corporate Award and the Runner-up Corporate Award under our mission at the Quest Cup 2026 National Competition.

About the Program on the Day [Social Gathering] To help the students, who seemed slightly nervous when they arrived, relax, we prepared a surprise light meal of Yakiniku Bento and Ichigo Daifuku, named after the winning teams. This was very well received by the students, naturally sparking conversations, deepening interactions among the students, and creating a relaxing moment. In addition, employees who had participated in school visits joined between meals, filling the venue with smiles and a warm atmosphere.
