The menu features tender chunks of pork shoulder loin that can be pulled apart easily with a spoon and generously topped on the curry. A generous amount of "Shariapin Sauce" is poured over it. The soy-based sauce with a strong garlic aroma and sweet notes from onion sauté gives excellent pairing with the chunks. Added fried garlic brings extra garlic flavor, creating a bowl with substantial volume and bold taste.
