[Breaking News] Changes in Political Party Support and Proportional Representation Voting Intentions? Reasons For/Against Supporting the Takaichi Cabinet! May 2026 Phone x Internet Survey

Senkyo.com, in collaboration with JX Press, conducted a nationwide hybrid survey (a method of conducting telephone and internet surveys simultaneously with the same questions) on Saturday, May 16, and Sunday, May 17, targeting individuals aged 18 and older in Japan.

[Survey Overview] The survey was conducted on May 16 (Saturday) and 17 (Sunday), 2026 (Reiwa 8). The target audience was individuals aged 18 and older living in Japan. The number of valid responses obtained was 1,025 for the telephone survey and 1,352 for the internet survey (both conducted jointly with JX Press). All figures are rounded to the nearest first decimal place.
