'Kasumi Crab Treasure Box Grill' at Yusen no Yado Yuamu: While winter is the typical season for crab, the Tajima region of Hyogo Prefecture offers the 'Kasumi Crab' (Red Snow Crab) in spring. Raised in mineral-rich deep-sea water, it is known for its unique sweetness. Our signature 'Treasure Box Grill' combines the best parts of several crabs into one, ensuring a generous serving. Since the meat is pre-shelled and packed into the shell, you can enjoy it easily with chopsticks without getting your hands dirty. You can also savor the rich crab miso. Because you don't have to spend time peeling shells, you can spend more time enjoying the hot springs or evening illuminations.

We offer three spring plans: 1. Standard Creative Kaiseki with 1.0 Kasumi Crab (Treasure Box Grill). 2. Two Major Gourmet Plan featuring 1.0 Kasumi Crab and 60g of Tajima Beef. 3. Spring Luxury Special Kaiseki featuring Kasumi Crab, Tajima Beef, Nodoguro (Blackthroat Seaperch), and local shrimp.
