■ An Internship That Transcends Job Hunting to Help You Discover Your Ideal Life

Job hunting is often said to be 'choosing your life,' as it is a crucial decision that shapes your future. However, many students proceed with their job search without a clear sense of purpose—such as 'why do I work?' or 'what kind of life do I want to live?'

The theme of our internship program for the Class of 2028 is 'Great Job Hunting Starts with a Clear Purpose.' Unlike typical company information sessions, our program features extensive content designed to help participants reflect on their values and life philosophy. As candidates progress through the selection process, their understanding of 'purpose' deepens, helping them clarify their ideal life path beyond just job hunting.

This internship was also offered to the Class of 2027 and received high recognition in the 'Wan Career Job Hunting Review Award 2026' by Wan Career Inc., ranking 3rd in the startup category and 10th overall among approximately 50,000 companies listed on the job support platform 'Wan Career.'

■ Four Stages to Discover Purpose in Company, Self, Career, and Life

This internship is a selection-linked program combining online and in-person formats. It consists of four stages: an information and selection session, interviews, and two separate two-day in-person programs.

STAGE 1: Understanding i-goods’ Purpose

An integrated session combining an information session and group discussion. We introduce our industry, business, and company culture. More importantly, we explain our corporate philosophy—'Why do we turn customers’ feelings into tangible products?'—so participants can understand the deeper meaning of working at our company.

STAGE 2: Understanding Your Own Purpose

A stage to articulate your life values and motivations through interviews. We conduct group interviews with questions like 'What is the one thing you can never compromise on in life?' These discussions with interviewers and fellow participants help you discover new aspects of yourself.

STAGE 3: Understanding the Purpose of Your Career

An in-person program where participants experience our planning and sales role, which covers everything from product ideation to production. During the program, participants pitch actual goods to our frontline staff. After the final presentation, they learn from employees about the significance of the work and the principles of successful sales, gaining insight into the unique challenges and rewards of this role.

STAGE 4: Discovering the Purpose of Your Life

A program that aligns each student’s vision of their ideal working life with the company’s vision for the next decade. Through direct interviews with our CEO and management team, participants gain insight into our future organizational growth. This final stage encourages deep reflection on life purpose and helps participants identify the lifestyle they truly value—before even thinking about 'working.'

Upon completion of all internship stages, participants will gain not only clarity on why they want to work but also valuable insights into how they want to live.

Moving forward, we will continue to focus on nurturing individuals who can forge their own path in life—regardless of whether they join our company—and contribute broadly to society.
