1. Introduction Status of the Mirai Human Washing Machine

At the 2025 Osaka/Kansai Expo Osaka Healthcare Pavilion, the Company exhibited the "Mirai Human Washing Machine" utilizing its proprietary fine bubble technology, providing visitors with a bathing experience that "washes both body and soul." During the Expo, 1,227 people experienced it, and a post-bath survey recorded an exceptionally high satisfaction rate of 98.3%. Sparked by the exhibition at the Expo, this product has transitioned from the demonstration phase to the next phase, with approximately 10 units currently being introduced in Japan and 5 units in Atlanta, USA. Originally created as a one-of-a-kind piece for exhibition, the continuous inquiries regarding adoption and sales during the event led to the decision to sell the product after establishing a mass production system post-Expo.

2. Utilization in the Nursing Care Field

On the other hand, the Company's goal is not merely to popularize this product widely. We emphasize "social implementation"—connecting the feedback and knowledge gained from the Expo to the resolution of actual social issues, establishing it in society as necessary infrastructure. Based on this philosophy, we announced the "Mirable Assist Bath" in December 2025, the first social implementation version of the Mirai Human Washing Machine, designed for use in nursing care settings. Japan, in particular, will face a rapidly aging society in the near future. While bathing is an essential daily activity, stepping over a bathtub poses a fall risk and a significant burden for the elderly, and it is also a physically and temporally demanding task for caregivers.

To address these challenges, the "Mirable Assist Bath," utilizing our proprietary fine bubble technology, enables a bathing experience based on the premise of "washing without scrubbing." Bathing is possible simply by sitting in a bathtub equipped with a door. The structure, which fills with hot water up to the chest in about 2 minutes, reduces the physical burden during bathing. Furthermore, the "Mirable" showerhead installed on the side streamlines body washing by caregivers, thereby reducing the overall burden of bathing and improving safety.

3. Future Expansion

The Company is advancing development not only for implementation in nursing facilities but also for general households. In collaboration with a bathtub manufacturer from the Yamada Denki Group, specific designs are underway for implementation in living spaces, such as renovation packages for homes where elderly people reside and models intended for installation in dressing rooms.

Moving forward, the Company will aim to realize a new infrastructure that supports the daily act of bathing by advancing true social implementation in both nursing facilities and general households.
