◯專案背景：連結並視覺化4萬人的「心意」
成田機場約有40,000名員工。然而，由於職種繁多，員工之間的交流機會有限，同時也缺乏機會向旅客傳達每位員工在面對「天空」時的心情。因此，為培養作為支持同一片天空的夥伴們的團結感，並進一步傳播機場的魅力，啟動了「40,000 SKY COLORS project」。透過招募來自各種不同職位的100名志工參與工作坊，提取了每個人記憶中的「回憶天空色」及其故事。這100種天空色將轉化為員工限定的周邊商品和藝術展覽，為成田機場增添新的色彩。
