"Retro" or "Hermit"? A New Experience at Beppu's Family Baths with the Introduction of ReFa

Hyotan Onsen's private family baths feature guest rooms with two distinct worldviews: "Retro" and "Sennin." "Retro" represents nostalgia and tranquility, while "Sennin" offers silence and an extraordinary atmosphere, designed to make the space itself part of the experience. This time, ReFa shower heads were introduced into these two rooms. By warming the body in the hot spring and then conditioning the skin with the shower, a new value of "Hot Spring x Beauty" is added to the traditional bathing experience. Users have reported smooth skin after bathing and a high level of overall satisfaction. This trial introduction aims to combine themed spaces with functional ReFa equipment. Future expansion will be considered based on user reactions and satisfaction levels.
