In this environment, in collaboration with "Daimaru Corporation," a long-established trading company in Hokkaido that offers a wide range of proposals from information systems, printing paper, stationery, and office supplies to store development and planning, the Company has installed the number guidance system "Turn NAVI" in the Citizen Affairs Division, National Health Insurance and Pension Division, and Tax Division of BiBai City Hall, in line with the layout changes within the city hall. This is expected to improve convenience for visitors by making it easier for them to understand waiting times at the counters, and also to improve the efficiency of counter operations for municipal staff.
