In such an environment, in collaboration with 'Daimaru Co., Ltd.,' a long-established trading company in Hokkaido that proposes a wide range of solutions from information systems to printing paper, stationery, office supplies, store development, and planning, the Company installed the queuing system 'Turn NAVI' at the Citizen's Affairs Division, National Health Insurance/Pension Division, and Tax Division of Bibai City Hall to coincide with the layout change within the city hall building. This is expected to make it easier for visitors to understand the waiting status at the counters, improving visitor convenience, and leading to the streamlining of counter operations for municipal staff.
